I ended up having to return one item from skinsolutions.md, and the actual return process wasn’t too complicated. But this is where it got annoying: customer support took a couple of days to get back to me, and the refund showed up later than I was expecting. Everything did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the timing had been faster and the updates a little clearer.

It’s a good value overall. It does what I needed it to do, and for the price, I can’t really complain. A couple of the extra features feel a bit unnecessary, but nothing that ruined the experience.
